…and, you know, it was stinksville.
Now, I’m not sure if movies about pedophilia in the church are your cup of tea or not, but even if they are, “Doubt” is dull, dull and… oh, yeah… DULL!
Well, at least it was a free screening so I didn’t have to pay for it.
In related news, we did see Lisa Ling at the movie theater. Of course, I had no clue who she was, so our friend Denise had to point her out and explain to me that she was on “The View.”
Still, that was about a brillion times more exciting than the next 120 minutes we had to endure.
Looking for a better Philip Seymour Hoffman movie? Watch “Magnolia.” Or “State and Main.” Or, hell, even “Twister.”
Okay, not “Twister.”
Looking for a better Meryl Streep movie? Check out “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events.” Or “Adaptation.”
Looking for a better movie about pedophilia in the Catholic Church? Check out “The Ten Commandments,” “The Passion of the Christ” or “Armageddon.”
I’m zero for two on movies since moving out to Los Angeles. Ironic, isn’t it?
“Doubt” is the new “Ishtar,”

I want it on the record that I bet Meryl Streep will get an Oscar nom for this despite the lack of a compelling script.

Do it! Don’t let me hating something stop you, because I hate everything. Especially the Polish.
