…for making this banner for Grey when we came back from the hospital.

"Welcome Home, Grey" banner by Anthony!

He also made this card…

And this card...

…which—even though it features a drawing of our entire family, including Grey—has absolutely nothing to do with her arrival. Instead…

...which is only for me and has nothing to do with Grey...

…he wanted to congratulate me on Vendetta.

...but instead is about "Vendetta."

I contributed to the creation of two things in 2015,

I’ve started coming up with the images for the site’s banner by asking someone for a single word. I do a quick Google image search for that word, and then pick an image for the banner from the results.

Over the weekend, I asked our good friend Claire for a word. She chose “xenophobe,” which is why Joe Arpaio, the sheriff of Arizona’s Maricopa County, is in the banner this week.

Joe Arpaio: Xenophobe

Insanely appropriate,

…asked why Journey is in the banner this week.

Lately, I’ve been going about picking images for the site’s banner in a different way: I ask KB to say the first word that comes to mind. I then do a Google image search for that word and pick the best (or sometimes worst) option available.

Last night, KB’s word was “journey.” So there you have it.

But even if KB hadn’t picked it, do I need an excuse to have Journey in the banner?

I think not,
