Worth every dime.

this happened.

Happy anniversary, KB!

She’ll never see this,

Steve! Laura! Married!

…for getting hitched! We were honored to be a part of your big day.

West attended his first and second weddings within one week,

Wedding #1 was a success!

I mean, I married them to each other. I didn’t personally marry them.

Anyway, I can marry people now, so bring it!

I can also officiate funerals,

…I was fortunate enough to marry this little lady.

Since then, we traveled all over the world, picked up another cat along the way, and became parents. I can’t wait to see what comes next.

Happy anniversary, KB. Love you.

Thanks for the (bathroom) memories, Jim and Patty!

I’m reminded of this every time I take a dump.

Wonder if they’re still together… and who they are/were,

this was happening.

Happy anniversary, KB!

Can’t believe how quickly it’s gone,

…for a whole lot of reasons.

Not only are they great friends, but KB and I were also fortunate enough to have them shoot our wedding last month.

Check out a few of the photos here.

If you live in the Milwaukee/Chicago area (or if you’re willing to pay for travel wherever you are) and are looking for photographers, we couldn’t recommend them any higher.

They’re the best,

…interviewed me about my upcoming marriage to KB for his ThirdCoast Digest podcast “Backstage with Mark Metcalf.” You can learn more about that first podcast here.

Mark then turned the tables and interviewed KB. Learn more about that second installment here.

And finally, a few weeks ago, Mark interviewed the two of us together for the third and final installment of the series. Check it out here.

Happy (and oddly enough kind of sad) that it’s all over,

…is finally up! Check it out here!

If you have no idea what I’m talking about, check out this earlier post first.

Third and final interview to follow,

…about our upcoming wedding for his ThirdCoast Digest podcast “Backstage with Mark Metcalf.”

You may remember that Mark interviewed my Uncle John a few weeks ago for this episode about comic book movies.

Mark conducted our interviews individually, and I’m the first one up to bat. Next week, KB’s interview will be available. Then, as we get closer to the wedding, Mark is going to interview us again, but this time do it with the two of us together. That interview will run sometime in October, so stay tuned.

It doesn’t matter as long as there are cheese sticks and chicken tenders,
